We sort out the properties suggested by you during a pre-sorting on the internet and give you a short comment. You decide which properties should be visited.
We visit the properties for you, take unadorned photos and a video of the actual situation of the property.
We write you a report about the condition, the advantages and disadvantages as well as the defects of the object.
We will give you suggestions for improvement.
We arrange the necessary contacts to qualified lawyers, architects, construction companies, etc.
We accompany you personally to the notary or take over the signing of the contract with an issued power of attorney for you.
We are also at your disposal after the purchase and provide you with the most important contacts you will need after the purchase (telephone and electricity providers, pool and garden caretakers, property management and rental assistance, etc.).

Purchase standard package:
– Pre-inspection via Internet with brief commentary on the condition of the properties of up to 10 properties proposed by you.
– Viewings of up to 3 selected properties with photos, video and report on advantages, disadvantages and defects.
– Suggestions for improvement of used real estate.
– Contact mediation to a good lawyer for the sales contract.
– Contact mediation ro a good architect if necessary.
– Discussion with construction company about possible renovation or refurbishment works with cost estimate.
Package price: 600,00 Euro plus VAT.

Bonus:

Purchase Premium Package:
– Pre-screening via internet with short commentary of up to 20 properties proposed by you.
– Viewings of up to 5 selected properties with photos, video and report on advantages, disadvantages and defects.
– Suggestions for improvement of used real estate.
– Contact mediation to a good lawyer for the sales contract.
– Contact mediation ro a good architect if necessary.
– Discussion with construction company about possible renovation or reorganization work with cost estimate.
Package price: 1.000,00 Euro plus VAT.
25 % deposit by advance payment
Bonus:

+ Assistance after the purchase regarding necessary contacts.
Each additional visit to an already booked package will be charged with 80,00 Euro plus VAT.
Signing of the purchase contract with power of attorney at the notary on behalf of the client: 120,00 Euro plus VAT.
We offer this service on the whole Costa Blanca.
Between Denia and Benidorm the travel expenses are included in the indicated prices.
For trips south of Benidorm or further inland, a travel allowance of 0.40 euros plus VAT per kilometer will be charged.
